HARI OM THATH SATH IDAM JAGATH — calling the Truth through which Matter evolves in the entire Universe.
Sanatana Dharma and Vedic Sciences are age-old traditional cultures observed in Jambudweepa — which consists of India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Tibet, Burma, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka, primarily. The main center was Bharatha Kanda, from where it was propagated across the world. It is basically developed by super human beings such as Rishis, Munis, Acharyas and Sages who designed these sciences by observing the patterns of the Universe and Nature.
This is an elaborate illustration of energy, mathematics, algorithms, sciences, symbols, geometry, and frequencies, which, when combined, become the Ultimate Truth. Everything and anything working on universal applications operates on pattern frequencies and energies, which are mathematical and inter-linked, making this an adoption of Sanatana Dharma. The Vedic sciences have been deciphered orally for the last 75,000 years and more.
The Four Vedas
The Vedas are sound values that possess multidimensional wisdom in each Beejakshara. These Beejaksharas represent ultimate truth encoded with energy and mathematics. The ancients observed immense knowledge and wisdom in the Universe and beyond, described extensively in different Vedas by various sages. Divided into four by Veda Vyaasa (Vyaasa Maharshi), the author of the Mahabharata:
- Rig Veda — hymns and cosmic knowledge
- Yajur Veda — ritual formulas and procedures
- Sama Veda — musical chants and melodies
- Atharvana Veda — healing, protection, and daily life
The Six Darshanas
- Sankhya — dualistic philosophy of consciousness (Puruá¹£a) and matter (Praká¹›ti)
- Yoga — integrates Sankhya with practical techniques for controlling the mind and spiritual liberation
- Nyaya & Vaisheshika — Logic and Atomism; understanding reality through valid knowledge and atomic theory
- Mimamsa — interpreting Vedic rituals connected to karma and dharma; posits an eternal universe governed by action and consequences
- Vedanta — emphasizes the Upanishads, Brahma Sutra, and Bhagavad Gita; key interpretations: Dvaita, Advaita, Visishtadvaita
Pancha Purusharthas — Four Goals of Life
- Dharma — righteous conduct and duty
- Artha — material prosperity and security
- Kama — pleasure, love, and desire
- Moksha — liberation through self-realisation
Six Vedangas — Auxiliary Sciences
- Shiksha — Phonetics: Sanskrit alphabet, accent, melody, euphonic combination

Life Sciences — 18 Models of Human & Natural Systems
Suprabha Trust Research Team · Life Sciences Series · Hyderabad
Humanistic sciences work to understand the workings of the Human Body with nature, society, and everyday activities — embedded in frequencies expressed through classical art forms, engineering, and sciences like Vaasthu and Astrology.
Model 1 — Humanistic Sciences
Human existence is influenced by vibrations and elements: water, food, posture, light, stone, color, organic fabrics, medicine, oils, aromas, flora and fauna, herbs, cereals, and cosmic energy. These influences operate through energies embedded in specific frequencies. It is essential for the human frequency to stay close to the frequency of the Earth. The five fingers act as energy points connecting to the Pancha Bhoothas — Agni, Vaayu, Jal, Prithvi, and Akaash.
- Human Geometry — 2 hands, eyes, legs, ears; 1 nose, mouth; 5 fingers, toes
- Activating and withdrawal of five senses at children's level
- Natural instincts: breathing, crying, eating
- Intelligence towards society and nature
- Basic activities: consuming food, intake of air, hearing, seeing, talking, sensing
Model 3 — Energy Released by Body Parts
- Eyes — observe and release tears
- Hearing — takes energy through vibrations
- Nostrils — takes energy as air and positive elements like good scents
- Mouth — receives energy through food (good or bad)
- Hair — grows from scalp and attracts energy
- Nails — release unwanted / dead cell energy from body
- Skin — releases sweat and bio-energy; all inter-connected with bio-energy
Model 4 — Skeletal & Biological Systems
- Muscle Mass — lean tissue, reduces with aging; maintaining it becomes more important as adults grow older
- Bone Marrow — produces Red Blood cells (Oxygen), White Blood cells (Immunity), Platelets (Clotting)
- Blood — Plasma 55%, RBC/WBC 45%; 7“8% of total body weight
- Plasma — Water 92%, Proteins 7%; carries nutrients, antibodies, hormones; removes waste
- Fat — subcutaneous & visceral; long-term energy storage, insulation, hormone production
Model 5 — Five Vital Organs
- Brain — body's control center; processing information, thoughts, and movements
- Heart — pumps oxygenated blood and nutrients to all cells; removes waste
- Lungs — exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide; allowing breathing
- Liver — detoxifies blood, processes nutrients, stores energy
- Kidneys — filter waste from blood to produce urine; maintain fluid balance
Model 6 — Bio-Field & Energy Systems
- Biofield — bridges biology, physics, and complementary medicine (Reiki, Therapeutic Touch)

- Electronics — ions like charges, nerves like wires, ATP the fuel
- Frequency Machine — electrical currents for pain relief, muscle stimulation, wellness
Model 7 — Cellular Level, DNA & Natural Intelligence
The human body is made of 33 trillion cells. Each cell has an energy quantum of 0.007 volts — changing depending upon 5 senses, bio-field energy, remote sensing, and natural intelligence. DNA records data from one generation to another — knowledge, wisdom, disease, and other natural functions.
21,600 breaths per day (15×60×24) — digit sum = 9. Animals (dogs): 33,120 breaths per day — digit sum also = 9. The magical number 9 is the universal link.
Model 8 — Breath, Yoga & the Language of the Unseen
- 12 breaths/min — clarity of mind and body
- 6 breaths/min — understanding of inanimate objects

Meta-Physics — Ancient Indian Mystic Sciences
Suprabha Trust Research Team · Mystic Sciences Series · Hyderabad
Ancient Indian history is mysterious and very different from the rest of the world. The culture and traditions of India have a scientific approach which is subtle and difficult to understand.
The physiology of the human being can be projected in Physical, Super-Physical and Meta-Physical planes. There is research happening in the area of Meta-Physics in many parts of the world to understand the non-existence elements in this physical world. Everything in the world is moved by an inner urge to become something greater than it is.
Matter, Form & Consciousness
The concept of growing and out-growing helps us understand the existence of matter — a domain of reality, or a manifestation of consciousness. At the base of this matter there may not be a form substantially. Formless matter as such is nothing — yet everything has a form as a relative perception only. Matter in the widest sense is the possibility of a form. Form is the actuality, the finished reality of matter.
"Matter obstructs; Form constructs. Form is not merely the shape but is a shaping force too. It is an inner necessity and an impulse. This moulds mere material to a specific figure or purpose."
"In Nature, we see the conquest of matter by form. There is constant progression of this phenomenon. This actually ushers Life to Victory. Meta-Physics is wedded to any Mystic Science."
The Three Planes
| Plane | Sanskrit Name | Description | Sciences |
|---|---|---|---|
| Physical | Sthula Sharira | Gross body — observable by senses and physical instruments; domain of modern physical science | Physics, Biology, Chemistry |
| Super-Physical | Sukshma Sharira | Subtle body — prana, bio-field, aura energy; bridge between matter and consciousness | Ayurveda, Yoga, Vaasthu, PIP Photography |
| Meta-Physical | Karana Sharira | Causal body — pure consciousness (Brahman/Atman); perceived through deep trance and inner vision | Vedanta, Mantra, Tantra, Yantra |
The Rishis & Vedic Observation
The ancient Indians observed the mystic science of non-physical form through their inner vision and understood the influences of these mystic universal powers. Based on these observations they developed a science wherein the astronomical forces regulate the ecological forces. They developed different kinds of sciences to help human beings lead a prosperous life in a natural way. The Vedas are termed as the root of all these sciences.
Key Questions Addressed
- How is it possible to show that there is anything else in existence besides the physical world that can be recognized by the sense organs — or by physical instruments that are really extensions of the sense organs?
- How to show that a subtler and invisible world exists within the physical world?
This document practically showcases mystic activities such as Ayurveda, Astrology, Yoga, and Vaasthu Shastra — scientifically interpreted and supported through logical reasoning which can be easily comprehended by a common man.
Mystic Sciences in Daily Life
- Ayurveda — science of life and longevity through plants, herbs, metals, and body energies
- Astrology (Jyothi Shastra) — cosmic mapping of planetary forces and their influence on life
- Yoga — union of body, breath, mind, and consciousness through posture, pranayama, and meditation
- Vaasthu Shastra — sacred architecture aligning physical spaces with natural and cosmic energies
- Mantra Science — sound vibrations (Beejakshara) encoding multidimensional wisdom through frequency

Conclusion
These sciences are being practiced since ages in physical, superphysical, and meta-physical forms. This document presentation gives us a logical insight of our ancient sciences — demonstrating that the invisible world is real, measurable, and accessible to logical understanding. SUPRABHA TRUST is exploring Physics, Super Physics, and Meta Physics — Universal Applications of Wisdom.
Vedic Sciences — The Blueprint of Human & Natural Systems
Suprabha Trust Editorial Team · Indian Life Sciences Series · Hyderabad
What are Vedic sciences and how they apply to human and natural systems remains a great mystery yet to unfold. Many sub-roots of Vedanta have gained recognition — Astrology, Ayurveda, and Yoga are some of the finest examples.
Understanding the Vedas
Vedas represent a sequential order of expressions — a structured syllabus of phrases, verses, hymns, chapters, and books of Vedic literature. The term "sound of the Vedas" refers to the sound value in the text itself. In Vedas and Vedic literature, the sound value of Vedic chanting takes precedence over literal meaning.
To place Vedic science in context, a proper understanding of the chronology of Vedic literature is essential. Astronomical references in the Vedas recall events from the third and fourth millennium BCE. The discovery that Sarasvati — the preeminent river of Rigvedic times — went dry around 1900 BCE due to tectonic upheavals implies the Rigveda predates this epoch. Traditionally, the Rigveda is dated prior to 3100 BCE.
Spiritual Perspective
Indian life science is considered a gift from the divine — according to tradition, Brahma the creator wrote the Vedas and handed them to the pious rishis and munis for the well-being of all mankind. These Vedas were practiced by ascetics orally and passed through generations as Guru-Shishya Parampara. Even today, Vedic schools teach through oral transmission.
The Vedic texts present a tripartite and recursive world view — the universe viewed as three regions of earth, space, and sky, corresponding to Agni, Indra, and Vishve Devah. In Vedic ritual, these three regions are assigned different fire altars built to code astronomical knowledge.
The Human Body as a Vedic System
The Vedas are a full-fledged scientific system covering all aspects of healthy and prosperous living. Each vibration in the Vedas is directly related to one aspect of the human body — Vedic chanting creates vibrations that travel at set frequencies, impacting specific body parts, fibers, and cells. The human body is built with five elements of nature: Light, Earth, Water, Air, and Sky — all in constant interaction.
The human system has five basic activity modes:
- Observe — through sensory organs (taste, sight, smell) giving feed to the brain; indirect observations include Earth's gravity, cosmic light, vibrations, and air pressure
- Protect — External (skin), Internal (immune system against bacteria and virus), Psychological (decision-making, love, stress, anxiety)
- Release — natural secretions through internal glands, sensory organ releases through expressions, sound, music; physiological releases of love, hate, pity, devotion, anxiety
- Internal Activity — digestion, blood purification, DNA structure, sensory organ registration — all interlinked through blocks acting like junctions
- Psychological Process — thought process, analysis, devotion, love, hate, pity, anxiety, stress, dreams
Vedic Cognitive Science
The Rigveda speaks of cosmic order and the equivalences between outer and inner worlds. Knowledge is classified in two ways: the lower or dual; and the higher or unified. The Vedic view claims that the material and the conscious are aspects of the same transcendental reality.
The Sankhya and Yoga systems describe the mind as: Manas (lower sensory mind), Ahankara (sense of I-ness), Buddhi (intellect), Chitta (memory bank), and Atman (the innermost self beyond finite enumeration).
The idea of complementarity pairs together: logic (nyaya) with physics (vaisheshika); cosmology (sankhya) with psychology (yoga); language (mimamsa) with reality (vedanta). According to our team's observation, 95% of Indian life science is grounded in scientific elements observable through biology, geology, astronomy, and modern space research.
"By chanting the Vedas or hearing it, there is an effect on the human body — air passages clear, light and magnetic vibrations give good results on the human system. The body, mind and soul work according to the law of nature." — Vedic School Teacher
The Development of Vedic Systems
Through deep transcendental meditation, the early Rishis observed various aspects of the Universe, Nature, and the Human Body — developing complete knowledge of universal patterns and creating systems for better living. The air pressure applying on the human body can control all the inner and outer systems in a systematic pattern. This is how the Vedic system developed to give perfect balance to nature and human beings.
A person cannot utilise their potential beyond 5 to 25% in a lifetime. The Vedic science provides support to the human body in inheriting potential to its maximum utilisation. One charged person through spirituality leaves an impression on thousands of people — helping make society a better place.
Ancient Indian Scientific Heritage — ILS Meta-Physics
Suprabha Trust · ILS Meta-Physics Presentation Series · Hyderabad
Indian history is not a myth — it is a science. Ancient Indian traditions have a scientific approach which is subtle and difficult to understand. Suprabha Trust is dedicated to unwinding this subtle aspect and providing logical, scientific reasoning for every element of ancient Indian culture.
Indian History — Science or Myth?
Ancient Indian history is mysterious and very different from the rest of the world. The culture and tradition of ancient India attracted many people across the globe who got Indianised over a period of time. The culture and traditions of India have a scientific approach which is subtle and difficult to understand.
In ancient India, the well-developed sciences were given the shape of religion — to be followed without any changes. Over a period of time, this lost its orientation and authenticity. Suprabha Trust works to reverse this by showcasing the scientific description behind every subtle aspect of Indian culture through logical reasoning.
Development of Science into Culture & Traditions
We are trying to unwind the subtle aspect of Indian culture and tradition. We showcase scientific descriptions for every subtle aspect by giving logical reasoning to the subject. In ancient India the well-developed sciences were given a shape of religion to blindly follow without any changes. Over a period of time it lost its orientation and authenticity.
- Ancient sciences embedded in cultural practices for preservation
- Scientific principles encoded in rituals, festivals, and traditions
- Suprabha Trust's mission: restore the original scientific understanding
- Practical demonstration of metaphysical principles through modern analysis
Meta-Physics in India
In ancient India, people who knew how to develop the inner vision — the observation of super-physical and meta-physical reality through observing space, ecology, and time — could help humans adjust to their surroundings accordingly and live a prosperous life.
Suprabha Trust unfolds the theories behind the ancient Indian systems practically, which proves that super-physics and meta-physics study existed in ancient India at an advanced level. These are not abstract beliefs but demonstrable sciences rooted in deep observational tradition.
- Inner vision — observation of the super-physical and meta-physical planes
- Observation of space, ecology, and time as interconnected systems
- Practical demonstrations of ancient metaphysical principles
- Alignment of human life with cosmic forces for prosperity
Tantra, Yantra & Mantra — A Complete Meta-Physical System
The Tantra, Mantra, and Yantra Shastra form a full-fledged meta-physical system which refers to Technique, Vibration, and Machine respectively.
- Tantra — Technique: the method and procedure for working with subtle energies and cosmic forces
- Mantra — Vibration: sacred sound frequencies that influence the ecology, space, and human consciousness
- Yantra — Machine: geometric instruments and sacred patterns that channel and focus energy
This technique influences ecology and space through a system which was given a religious form. This kind of mystic science projects like magic because it cannot be sensed by the physical world — yet its effects are measurable and demonstrable. Suprabha Trust showcases how this metaphysical system practically works in daily life.
Vedantas — Mathematical Vibration Science
Vedic hymns and music have been carried in ancient India orally across millennia. This subject is thoroughly scientific and reflects meta-physics — it can only be sensed through the inner soul and cannot be felt through ordinary physical means alone.
- Vedic knowledge is mathematical — encoded in the form of vibrations to carry forward in pristine form
- Each Beejakshara (seed syllable) represents a specific vibrational frequency with measurable effects
- The oral tradition preserved these mathematical codes without written distortion for 75,000+ years
- Modern research shows how Vedic chanting affects human physiology, psychology, and environment
Suprabha Trust showcases how this knowledge is mathematical and how it influences human beings and ecology — which is the essence of meta-physics in action.
Homa, Yagna & Different Frequencies
The ancient Indians developed certain techniques and methods to influence the surroundings and ecology. There are different frequencies — beyond what the human senses ordinarily observe — that can be reached and influenced by developing certain systems.
- Homa and Yagna operate on frequencies that influence the surrounding ecology
- Different fire offerings generate distinct frequency patterns affecting specific domains
- The transformation of matter through fire creates energetic changes measurable at the environmental level
- Ancient techniques developed to communicate with and influence subtle frequency planes
Suprabha Trust showcases how metaphysics works in this system practically — connecting the ritual science of fire with the modern understanding of frequency, vibration, and environmental influence.
Astrology — Proving Meta-Physics Through Life
Indian astrology is the best instrument to prove that meta-physics has the strongest influence on human beings throughout their lifetime. This system highlights how every living and non-living form is connected through a matrix — which will be demonstrated through certain practices.
- Astrology demonstrates the meta-physical connection between cosmic forces and human experience
- Every living and non-living form connected through an invisible cosmic matrix
- Nine Navagrahas (planetary forces) correspond to stages and qualities of human life
- 27 Nakshatras map celestial positions to earthly influences with mathematical precision
- Planetary influences measurable through their effects on tides, seasons, agriculture, and human behavior
Meta-Physics in Ayurvedic Healing
The healing of ailments in ancient India was done by vibrations. The subtle elements — human physiology and negative energies in the body — can be removed through vibrations. Ayurveda has physical, super-physical, and meta-physical aspects amalgamated in it, which gives it the highest healing power.
- Physical Ayurveda — herbs, medicines, oils, dietary practices, and physical therapies
- Super-Physical Ayurveda — pranic healing, bio-field therapies, vibrational medicine
- Meta-Physical Ayurveda — mantra healing, yantra therapy, intention-based healing methods
Suprabha Trust showcases how this practically works and why it got degraded over time — as well as how it can be restored and understood in a modern scientific framework through PIP bio-field photography and frequency research.
Meta-Physics in Engineering & Technology
In ancient India, meta-physics was used in aviation — which was more advanced than the supersonic technology available in the world today. Ancient texts describe flying vehicles (Vimanas) that operated on principles beyond current aeronautical understanding.
- Advanced aviation technology described in ancient texts — beyond present supersonic capabilities
- Eco-friendly electricity generation systems described in Vedic engineering texts
- Weapons (Astras) activated through mantra chanting — meta-physical weaponry systems
- Partial demonstrations of these ancient technologies possible through modern research
This document showcases advanced technology in electricity generation which is more eco-friendly than present-day systems — and partially demonstrates the mantra-based weapon systems through the lens of modern physics and frequency science.
Meta-Physics in God & Spirituality
God is the main element which relates to meta-physics — believed by most people all over the globe. In ancient India, certain kinds of powers were infused through a system of vibrations by generating power in an element, through which different energies were received.
- The energy system developed through a pattern is represented as God — connected to the cosmic system
- This is the only meta-physical system that can be observed by ordinary people through pure devotion
- Complete surrender to the energy allows ordinary consciousness to access meta-physical experience
- Idol worship as a focussing mechanism — the divine energy and consciousness represented in form
- Temples designed as energy condensers — architectural instruments for meta-physical contact
The energy system developed through a pattern is resembled as God which is connected to the cosmic system. This is the only meta-physics system which can be observed by ordinary people through pure devotion and completely surrendering to the energy.
Conclusion
In India there are many forms of life sciences practised — which are physical, super-physical, and meta-physical. Suprabha Trust tries to show some of the aspects which work in meta-physics practically. This document showcases a new dimension — to think in a new perspective for innovation in understanding ancient Indian scientific heritage.
- Ancient Indian sciences are not myths — they are advanced systems of knowledge rooted in observation
- Physical, super-physical, and meta-physical dimensions of Indian life sciences all have practical demonstrations
- Modern tools (PIP photography, frequency analysis, bio-field research) validate ancient principles
- This research opens new dimensions for innovation at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern science
- Suprabha Trust invites researchers, practitioners, and institutions to collaborate in this rediscovery
Humanistic Energy Sciences — Human, Nature & Cosmos
Suprabha Trust · Humanistic Sciences Presentation Series · Hyderabad
All the important aspects of sciences developed in modern science are in perspective towards human nature. The ancient sciences were developed in the perspective of holistic nature — with energies interacting with nature, cosmos, and universe. All the above forms of energies observed and used in the world by humans and its mechanisms are humanities.
Importance of Energy Interaction with the Human System
Energy in humanistic sciences is not just physical — it encompasses every subtle form of interaction between human beings and the world around them.
- Everything in the world is a form of energy
- Living and non-living forms both carry energy
- These energies interact with each other in subtle, often invisible ways
- The cosmic energy is the primary influencer on Earth — working in a pre-determined pattern
- Human energy systems are in constant dialogue with natural and cosmic forces
Nine Forms of Human Energy
Human beings express and receive energy through nine distinct channels, each corresponding to a specific faculty of perception or expression:
| Energy Form | Function | Vedic Correspondence |
|---|---|---|
| Eyes | Visual perception and energy reception through light | Surya (Sun) — cosmic light energy |
| Nose | Breath and olfactory energy — prana intake | Vayu (Air) — life force through breath |
| Touch | Tactile energy — skin as bio-energy interface | Prithvi (Earth) — grounding and sensing |
| Taste | Gustatory energy — food as vibrational nourishment | Jal (Water) — fluid and nutritive energy |
| Hear | Sound vibration reception — ear as frequency receiver | Akash (Ether) — sound as cosmic medium |
| Speech | Vibrational output — mantra, language, intention | Vak Shakti — power of sacred sound |
| Gesture | Mudra and body language as energy expression | Hasta Mudra — hand energy channels |
| Thought | Mental energy — consciousness as creative force | Chitta — mind field and its vibrations |
| Bio-fields | Aura, prana field, electro-magnetic body envelope | Pranamaya Kosha — the vital energy sheath |
Energy Sciences in the Form of Geometry — Human Form & Earth
The unseen influence on the human system is greater than the seen. The human body carries the five elements in specific proportions:
- The entire human form is like Earth geometry — frequency runs in the same pattern
- Human body is made up of Plasma, Blood, Muscle, Fat, Bones, Bone Marrow, and Reproduction Fluid
- Whatever effects happen to the Earth from the cosmos have direct implications on the human body
- Five elements in the body mirror the five elements of nature: Agni, Vaayu, Jal, Prithvi, Akaash
Energy Sciences in the Form of Meta-Physics
The unseen influence on the human system is greater than the seen. Beyond the physical, humanistic sciences include:
- Energy — the fundamental substrate of all existence
- Wave forms — patterns of energy propagation through space
- Frequency — the rate of vibration determining the quality of energy
- Colours — visible frequency bands affecting physiology and psychology
- Fragrance — molecular vibrations affecting the olfactory and neurological systems
- Geometry — sacred patterns encoding cosmic order (Yantras, Mandalas)
- Ether / Light — the medium through which cosmic intelligence shapes matter on Earth
Human Geometry & Cosmic Science — The Mathematics of Life
Longitude: 1 nautical mile = 111 km = 60 min. 360 degrees × 60 meridians = 21,600. Human breaths: 15 per min × 60 × 24 = 21,600 breaths/day. The magical number 21,600 connects Earth's geometry to human breathing rhythm.
| Mathematical Connection | Value | Significance |
|---|---|---|
| Human breaths per day | 21,600 | 15 × 60 × 24 — matches Earth's nautical meridian count |
| Heart beats analysis | 43,200 | 60 × 60 × 24 ÷ 2 — half the daily heart beats |
| Yuga calendar | 432 | 25,920 ÷ 60 — universal frequency found in Egypt, Mesopotamia, Jewish culture |
| Sun“Earth distance | 108× | Diameter of Sun × 108 = distance to Earth |
| Moon“Earth distance | 108× | Diameter of Moon × 108 = distance to Earth |
| Human nervous system | 86,400 miles | Equals the number of seconds in a day |
| Surya Siddhartha | 432 Hz | 2,202 yojanas; 1 yojana = 9 miles; 1 nimisha = 16/75th of a second |
Cellular Energy & Cosmic Intelligence
The cosmos and planets influence matter and related elements on Earth. The human body contains 33 trillion cells — each a biological battery:
- Each cell has an energy potential of 0.007 volts
- The energy of each cell increases and decreases depending on daily activity, day/night cycles, cosmic state, seasons, society activity, food, water, and nature
- This cellular energy can expand to super-position — influencing nature and cosmos as well as being influenced by them
- The cosmic intelligence force shapes things on Earth and in humans through this cellular interface
Frequency Sciences — Matter, Colour, Geometry & Energy
The relationship between frequency and human experience is comprehensive. Human beings are influenced by:
- Vibration, water, postures, breathing exercises, light, stone, plants, colour, animals, cloth, medicine, cosmic energy
- Oils, nature, odour, herbs, Homa, Yagna, flowers, grains, fruits, and the universe
- Frequency and Mathematics expressed through: Engineering, Temple, Dance, Music, Yoga, Ayurveda, Vastu, Kamasutra, Food, Herb-mineral, Astrology, Geometry design, and Breathing
The human body functions on multiple levels simultaneously: Mechanical, Electronic, Biological, Super-Physical, and Meta-Physical — all operating through frequency and energy.
Truth, Mathematics & Energy — The Foundation
The entire Cosmos, Nature, and Human system are formed on Truth, Mathematics, and Energy. The human system consumes energy in its daily system. Energy makes a difference in its daily practices. The energy gets disturbed by bad thinking, bad food, disturbed environment, disturbed society, disturbed nature, disturbed family, and disturbed cosmos.
- Truthful to Your Self — inner alignment creates energetic coherence
- Truthful to Society — social harmony generates collective positive frequency
- Truthful to Nature — ecological harmony ensures health and abundance
- Truthful to Cosmos — cosmic alignment unlocks the highest human potential
Ease of human living, ease in society, ease in nature — these are the outcomes of living in alignment with the fundamental truth of energy.
Indian Life Sciences — Documentary Series Overview
Suprabha Trust · Indian Life Sciences Documentary Series · Hyderabad
This documentary on "Indian Life Sciences" unveils the subtle scientific aspects of Indian life sciences which are unknown and difficult to understand. Subjects are analyzed from four perspectives — Scientific, Spiritual, Historical, and Natural — to achieve a holistic view. "This project answers many questions related to Indian life sciences: whether it is a myth or real science."
Introduction & Scope
Indian Life Sciences form part of the daily routine in India. This project unveils subtle scientific aspects of Indian life sciences which are unknown and difficult to understand. The subjects covered are:
- Vedic Chanting · Astrology · Kamasutra (Sexology)
- Yoga (exercise for body, mind and soul)
- Ayurveda (medicinal system) · Vastu Shastra (engineering)
- Kala Shastra (Music & Dance) · Indian Festivals
- Temples (energized prayer houses)
- Agori System & Black Magic · Transformation of Spirituality
- Puja (different forms of prayers)
Key Objective
The primary focus is the development and amalgamation of science with spirituality dating thousands of years back. Many documents have been made on this subject in small segments — but none have had a holistic approach. This project answers key questions:
- Was God there before religious systems were formed?
- Is there an intelligence energy form in the cosmos?
- Is there any system to grasp cosmic energy?
- Can human beings rejuvenate their forces — and what are the future prospects?
1. Yoga
Yoga is a shaping system of the human body through physical exercise. Yoga not only shapes the human body but removes any blockage in the physiological functioning of the body. There are different types of yoga systems practiced worldwide for rejuvenation.
- Developed to overcome the five elements on which human beings depend
- Increases the tolerance capacity in humans through a methodical way
- Helpful to redefine human endurance to all critical circumstances
- Connects physical health with spiritual evolution
2. Astrology
Indian astrology is a very advanced technique primarily dealing with cosmic light. The Vedic mathematics is an advanced form of calculation used in Indian astrology. The most important aspect is cosmic light falling on the human body — intensity of light and colour keep changing in different timeframes, making the human body act and behave differently.
- Functions like a scanner identifying biological and physiological defects
- Has remedies by balancing light intensities through different practices
- The mind captures one's own actions and registers in DNA — passed to next generations (hereditary)
- Calculation of light years took thousands of years of systematic observation
3. Temples of India
Temples are energy centers receiving pure cosmic energy. A devotee who prays receives this energy and gets a prosperous life. This construction format is one of the oldest in the world.
- Vibrations made in a temple complex help attain spiritual well-being to the devotee
- Old temples were protected from negative elements hidden in air, vibrations, light, and magnetic fields
- A devotee fully dedicating to the services of God receives positive energy from the Temples
- Temple architecture (Vastu-based) designed to condense and channel cosmic energy
4. Traditional Worshipping — Puja
Worshipping God in Hinduism is called Puja. Various forms of puja systems are adopted across the country — the single common thread is that "God is within the human body."
- The main element of puja is sacrifice to nature — which gives an abundant supply of basic requirements
- A system to clean up body, mind, and soul to attain a clear conscience
- Contains elements of physiology, medicine, and biological systems for healthy and prosperous life
- Over time it has lost its actual essence — Suprabha Trust works to restore understanding
5. Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a medical system that works naturally without side effects. Most advanced treatment therapies are lost over time due to natural calamities.
- Touches bio-technology and other scientific aspects in ways modern medicine is only now discovering
- Surgery as part of ancient healing system — dating thousands of years back
- Physical, super-physical, and meta-physical healing all integrated
- Vibrational medicine through mantras, herbs, metals, and oils
6. Spirituality in India
Spirituality in India is a way of life registered in history. Many religions in India co-exist from a very long time, each with different perspectives reaching the ultimate — all strings attached are the same but in different forms.
- Bhakti movement spans: Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna, Kabir, Gurunanak, Buddha, Muslim King Tanisha, Ramdas and saints from different periods and religions
- All realized that without completely surrendering to the ultimate, one cannot reach the almighty
- Maha Kumbh — taking a holy dip in a river at a particular time, worshiping nature — has scientific theory attached
7. Agori System
The Agori system in India holds the belief that all human beings of the universe are from one family. Building up of energies and their effect on the human body is purely scientific but in a subtle form. The way a human thinks about certain aspects of life enables growth in the same line of thinking.
8. Hinduism
Hinduism is a way of life which makes a happy society and a healthy environment. Formed and redefined on the basis of ancient Vedic tradition, it has taken care of many aspects of human biological function, nature, and spiritual system. The actual know-how of Vedic sciences was lost by the time of Indus Valley Civilization — and only a few remaining elements were absorbed.
9. Dance & Music
Sound, Dance, and Music took shape during the Vedic period — with time the whole system got redefined into cultural arts. Sound, Dance, and Music are based on human physiology and nature.
- Music and Dance in proper order nurtures Body, Mind, and Soul
- Has become an integral part of lifestyle and cultural identity
- Many sounds used in daily life carry significant scientific meaning
- Ragas align with time, season, and cosmic cycles — a complete frequency science
10. Vastu Shastra
Vaastu is called Vedic engineering — linked with five elements: Air, Water, Sky, Fire, and Earth. The magnetic poles of Earth and the planetary system are connected to Vastu Shastra. Indian temples are constructed on the basis of Vaastu and have thousands of years of heritage.
- Deals with the placement of natural elements for synergy in living
- Significant for its technique to withhold the pressures of nature
- Aligns physical spaces with planetary magnetic forces
- Creates energy-efficient, harmonious living environments
11. Kamasutra
Kamasutra is the sexology system in India with many sections. The most important aspect links with biological and physiological functions of the body — demarking postures and gestures that support or hinder well-being. In a spiritual perspective it relaxes the body, mind, and soul through physiological contentment and provides bliss to human beings.
12. Vedic Sciences
The Vedic sciences are the roots of the life sciences — Rig-Veda being the first among the Vedic system. Vedas have only sound value, not conventional meaning.
- The vibration of Vedic chanting nurtures the human body and attracts positive energy
- Vedic chants help in influencing the environment — beneficial not only for humans but all natural forms
- Vedic system is linked with logic and mathematics — a very advanced scientific system
- Helps in the union of human with universal consciousness (God)
13. Traditions & Festivals of India
Traditions, culture, and festivals in India carry Scientific, Social, and Philosophical perspectives.
- Using cow dung in front of the house — kills germs (antimicrobial properties)
- Watering the Tulsi plant — its ether kills germs and purifies air
- Colours and lights used in festivals affect physiological functioning of the body
- The main fundamental of Hinduism: to have a happy society
- Festivals are sacrifice to nature — in return nature provides abundant supplies to living forms
Conclusion
These life sciences are interconnected and connected by the five elements — Air, Water, Earth, Fire, and Sky — with which humans have a constant interaction. A system was introduced in the form of life sciences which balances them both for a healthy and prosperous living. Human beings also discovered intelligence energy forms in the universe.
- All 13 life sciences are interconnected through the Pancha Bhuthas (five elements)
- The perspective is to show a path to survive with harsh natural elements
- To make the human body prepared for all possible disorders through these sciences
- Five elements are helpful and destructive — the life sciences balance them for prosperity
- Intelligence energy forms discovered in the universe — connecting human to cosmic consciousness
Aura & Unseen Energy Fields — The Kosha System
Dr Sujata Vaidya · Bio Field Sciences Research · [email protected] · drsujatavaidya.com
There is ONE divine supreme Universal force that guides us all. This loving, caring, nurturing strength and energy resides in every SOUL. Each entity, each life, each iota of thought has this Divine supreme SOUL energy. We are ONE, and together we will rise. Meditation in Peace and Love is the only way. — Dr Sujata Vaidya
The Human Body — Beyond the Physical
Modern science has extensively mapped the physical body through its Lymphatic, Nervous, Cardiovascular, and Visceral systems. However, ancient Vedic knowledge recognises that the human being extends far beyond these visible systems — into the realm of Human Energy Fields and the Kosha system of subtle sheaths.
The Kosha system in Vedic tradition describes five sheaths of existence surrounding the Atman (soul): the physical body (Annamaya), the vital energy body (Pranamaya), the mental body (Manomaya), the wisdom body (Vijnanamaya), and the bliss body (Anandamaya). Bio-field science provides the modern instrumentation to observe and measure these ancient Vedic insights.
Kirlian Photography — Capturing the Bio-field
Kirlian photography is a technique that captures the electro-photonic emanations (aura/bio-field) of living and non-living objects on photographic film. It provides visible evidence of the energy fields that surround all matter.
- Phantom Leaf Experiment — Kirlian images of a leaf with a portion physically removed still show the complete leaf's energy field, demonstrating that the bio-field template precedes and outlasts physical form
- Fresh vs Stored Food — Kirlian images clearly show the superior energy field of fresh food compared to stored food — direct evidence of life force depletion over time
- White vs Wholemeal Bread — Kirlian imaging shows measurably higher bio-field energy in wholemeal bread versus refined white bread
- Garlic & Pepper — Each herb and food item shows a unique, characteristic energy signature in Kirlian photography
Microwaves Deplete Energy Levels
One of the most striking findings in bio-field research: Kirlian images of microwaved food versus fresh food show a dramatic depletion of the bio-field energy. A fresh apple photographed in Kirlian shows a rich, expansive energy field — the same apple after microwaving shows a drastically reduced or absent energy signature.
This provides scientific validation for the ancient Vedic principle that food is not merely physical nourishment but also pranic (life force) nourishment — and that the method of preparation profoundly affects its healing and sustaining capacity.
Each Entity Has a Unique Dynamic Energy Field
Bio-field science demonstrates that every entity — living or non-living — carries its own unique and dynamic energy field. Research using PIP (Polycontrast Interference Photography) technology has documented the energy fields of:
- Rudraksha beads — showing highly elevated, structured energy patterns recognised in Vedic tradition as spiritually potent
- Gemstones (Emeralds) — unique crystalline energy signatures measurably different from ordinary stones
- Plants and herbs — distinct bio-fields that vary with health, freshness, and species
- Human beings — complex, layered energy fields that change with thought, emotion, health, and spiritual practice
Food Energies — PIP Research
PIP imaging of different foods reveals their relative pranic energy content. Research findings include:
- Palak (Spinach) — high bio-field energy; rich prana content
- Green Chilli — intense, concentrated energy signature
- Wheat (Gahu) — balanced, stable energy field
- Nuts — high-density energy content; strong bio-field
- Supari + Tobacco — disrupted, chaotic energy signature — consistent with harmful physiological effects
These findings validate the ancient Ayurvedic classification of foods as Sattvic (pure, life-giving), Rajasic (stimulating), and Tamasic (depleting) — now measurably demonstrable through bio-field imaging.
AURA Mapping — Insight on Subtle Energy Effects
Aura mapping using PIP technology provides a visual record of the subtle energy field of a human being. Changes in the aura before and after injury, illness, healing, and emotional states are clearly visible and measurable.
- Before injury: full, coherent, symmetrical aura patterns
- After injury: disruption, depletion, and asymmetry in the affected energy zones
- Ill health is reflected in the back-view aura image before physical symptoms are clinically detectable
- Healthy legs show robust, symmetrical energy fields in comparison to compromised areas
The Human Chakra System — Seven Major Chakras
The seven major chakras — described in Vedic scriptures — have a direct correspondence with the endocrine system of the physical body. PIP imaging provides visual confirmation of these ancient maps of human energy:
| Chakra | Location | Endocrine Gland | Governs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Muladhara (Root) | Base of spine | Adrenal glands | Survival, grounding, security |
| Swadishthana (Sacral) | Below navel | Gonads / Ovaries | Creativity, emotions, sexuality |
| Manipura (Solar Plexus) | Navel region | Pancreas | Confidence, willpower, digestion |
| Anahata (Heart) | Centre of chest | Thymus | Love, compassion, immunity |
| Vishuddha (Throat) | Throat | Thyroid | Communication, expression, metabolism |
| Ajna (Third Eye) | Between eyebrows | Pituitary gland | Intuition, perception, hormonal master control |
| Sahasrara (Crown) | Top of head | Pineal gland | Consciousness, spiritual connection, sleep cycles |
Thoughts Reflect in the Energy Field / Aura
This inherent energy of the aura indicates soul maturity and energy levels. Bio-field research conclusively shows that mental and emotional states are reflected immediately in the aura:
- Stressed with positive hyperactivity — expanded but chaotic, jagged aura patterns
- Stressed and depressed person — contracted, dark, depleted aura with significant energy gaps
- Anger — sharp, red, disrupted energy spikes around the aura
- Love and Compassion — warm, expansive, coherent green and pink aura patterns
- Depression — collapsed, dark, inward-pulling energy field
Change in thought patterns directly changes the AURA — providing a measurable basis for the Vedic teaching that thought is the most powerful force in shaping human reality and health.
Prayer, Positive Thinking & Meditation — Before and After
PIP imaging provides some of the most compelling evidence for the transformative power of spiritual practice on the human bio-field. Before-and-after studies consistently show:
- Expanded, more coherent, and symmetrical aura after prayer and positive thinking
- Brighter, higher-frequency colours in the energy field after meditation
- Stressed energy fields restored to healthy patterns after consistent meditation practice
- Higher consciousness states visually reflected as larger, more luminous auras
PRE-Prognosis Disease Assessment — Energy (Sanjeevan) Healing
One of the most significant applications of bio-field science is pre-diagnostic disease assessment. PIP imaging can reveal energy disruptions in specific chakra and organ regions before conventional medical tests detect physical pathology:
- 42-year-old editor with no complaints — Aura scan shows stress on Heart Chakra and Throat Chakra, suggesting undiagnosed cardiac or thymus problems
- PIP images show changes in the energy field correlating with relief from undiagnosed stress after energy healing
- Sanjeevan healing treatment: Changes tracked across three time points — initial scan, after treatment commencement, full recovery
Effect of Pranayama on the Aura
Pranayama (Vedic breathing science) produces measurable, rapid changes in the human bio-field. Before-and-after PIP imaging of pranayama sessions shows significant expansion, brightening, and stabilisation of the aura — consistent with ancient descriptions of pranayama as a method for increasing and purifying prana (life force).
Effect of Food on the Aura — Within 5 Minutes
PIP research shows that the effect of food on the bio-field is rapid and dramatic. Within 5 minutes of consuming food, measurable changes in the aura are visible. After 6 hours, the sustained energetic impact of different food types becomes clear — validating the Ayurvedic principle that food selection is a matter of energy medicine, not merely nutrition.
Agnihotra — Effect on the Environment
Agnihotra (the ancient Vedic fire ritual performed at sunrise and sunset) has been studied using PIP imaging of the surrounding environment. Before-and-after images show significant energetic transformation of the space — enhanced brightness, coherence, and expansion of the environmental energy field after Agnihotra. This provides scientific evidence for the ancient claim that Homa/Yagna rituals purify and energise the surrounding ecology.
Spiritual Symbols & Divine Energy
PIP imaging of spiritual symbols and sacred objects reveals their measurable energetic properties:
- Rudraksha beads — show a significantly elevated and structured energy field, changing measurably when invoked
- Divine writings and sacred texts — produce measurable energy patterns distinct from ordinary books
- Shree Yantra — one of the most powerful geometric instruments shows extraordinary energy concentration and projection in PIP imaging
- Empty chair at a spiritual site — shows residual energy presence even without a physical occupant
Energy Projection from Hands — Healing Potential
PIP imaging of healing practitioners during energy work (Reiki, therapeutic touch, blessings) shows remarkable energy projection from the hands. Research documents:
- Measurable energy field extension from the hands of experienced practitioners
- The profound possibility of energy healing — validated by visible bio-field changes in recipients
- Blessings given by spiritual masters show measurably higher energy projection than untrained individuals
- Hands-on energy healing (Reiki) produces documentable changes in the recipient's aura
Pran Pratishthana — Divine Initiations
PIP imaging of temples and sacred spaces before and after Pran Pratishthana (the ritual consecration of idols and sacred spaces) shows dramatic energetic transformation. Temple Shikhar (spires) photographed after Pran Pratishthan show significantly elevated and structured energy fields — consistent with their traditional role as energy transmitters and receivers.
Objects Around Us — Impact on Energy Levels
Bio-field research reveals a critical insight for modern life: the objects surrounding us profoundly impact our personal energy field.
All electronic chips contain Quartz chips. Our jewellery, wrist watches, mobiles, and PCs contain high-energy Quartz chips. These energies often do not match with personal energy and cause unexplainable pain and swelling — a bio-field incompatibility measurable through Kirlian and PIP imaging.
The Power of Meditation — Building Higher Consciousness
PIP research on meditation practice consistently shows that:
- Regular meditation builds inner strength reflected in a progressively larger, more coherent aura
- Random, non-systematic thoughts cause confusion, doubt, pain, and failure — visible as incoherent aura patterns
- A calm mind after meditation shows strength in each thought — leading to meaningful, successful outcomes
- Meditation is essential to overcome doubt, fear, and pain — all of which are measurably reflected in the energy field
- Higher thinking and meditation help resolve daily stress — visibly bringing an inner smile and brighter aura
Yantra, Tantra & Mantra — Energy Transfers
Divine knowledge and energies are transferred to humankind through three primary instruments:
- Yantra — Tools: geometric instruments that channel and focus energy
- Tantra — Techniques: disciplined methods for working with subtle energy
- Mantra — Symbolic Sounds: vibrational syllables that resonate with specific cosmic frequencies
- Vairagya — Mindset: the attitude of non-attachment that allows energy to flow freely
This is what prayer does — how energy is transferred through the Bhagavad Gita, the Bible, the Koran, and Buddhist Sutras. Each sacred text carries a measurable energetic signature, visible in bio-field imaging.
Vedic Knowledge & The Knowledge Book
PIP imaging of the Rig Veda and sacred knowledge texts shows extraordinarily elevated and structured energy fields — far beyond ordinary books. The ancient Vedic understanding that sacred texts carry not just information but living energy is directly measurable through bio-field science. The energy fields of sacred texts change and respond to intention, devotion, and the state of the reader — making the act of reading scripture a genuine energetic practice.
Conclusion — One Universal Force
"Today, with the awakened lamp of Hope, inner strength and passion, I strive to light the lamps of thousands; resolve the depression of doubt, fear, loneliness and instill the faith that each has the potential of reaching the stars in the sky." — Dr Sujata Vaidya
Bio-field science provides the modern scientific bridge between ancient Vedic wisdom and contemporary understanding. Through Kirlian photography, PIP imaging, and energy field research, we can now observe, measure, and document what the Rishis described millennia ago — the living energy matrix that underlies all existence. The Kosha system, the chakras, the power of mantra, the healing capacity of pranayama and meditation, the energetic quality of food — all are now measurably real.

Sanatana Dharma — Ultimate Truth & Universal Constitution
Harish · Sanatana Dharma Research · Suprabha Trust · Hyderabad
Sanatana Dharma is the Ultimate Truth — a Universal Constitution and Universal Application for all beings. It is the eternal law that governs ecological, cosmic, and human behaviour, standardising the patterns of existence into a coherent, life-sustaining system.
What is Sanatana Dharma?
Sanatana Dharma is not a religion in the conventional sense — it is the eternal, universal operating system of existence. Its four dimensions are:
- Ultimate Truth — the absolute, unchanging reality underlying all phenomena
- Universal Constitution — the cosmic law that governs all existence from subatomic to galactic scales
- Universal Application — principles that apply equally to all life forms, times, and places
- Ecological Application — the harmonisation of human activity with natural and cosmic forces
- Human Being Standardised Applications — codified practices for aligning human behaviour with Universal Law
- Behavioural Patterns / Applications — the Dharmic way of life expressed through Achar (conduct), Vichar (thought), and Vyavahar (behaviour)
Human Being — A Replica of Earth and Universal Patterns
One of the most profound insights of Sanatana Dharma: the human being is not separate from the cosmos — the human being IS a replica of the cosmos.
- The human body mirrors Earth geometry — its proportions, cycles, and frequencies echo planetary patterns
- What affects the Earth from the cosmos has direct implications on the human body
- Human physiological rhythms (breathing, heartbeat, sleep cycles) correspond to cosmic and planetary cycles
- The 33 trillion cells of the human body mirror the organisation of cosmic intelligence
- The five elements (Pancha Bhuthas) in the human body mirror the five elements of the natural world
Human Being — A Bundle of Evolving Energies
In Sanatana Dharma, the human being is understood as a dynamic bundle of energies in a constant state of evolution and change:
- These energies continuously change due to activities — physical, mental, and spiritual
- Every thought, action, and interaction creates a measurable energy shift in the human bio-field
- The direction of this evolution — toward higher consciousness or away from it — depends on the choices made
- Dharma provides the map for navigating this energy evolution toward its highest potential
Influencers of the Human Energy System
Three levels of influence continuously shape the human energy system:
| Level | Source | Energy Forms |
|---|---|---|
| Cosmos | Planetary and stellar systems | Light, Radio Frequencies, Cosmic Rays, Gravitational forces |
| Earth | Natural environment | Magnetic fields, Air, Water, Seasons, Geographical location |
| Human | Personal choices and environment | Food, Thinking, Actions, Surroundings, Relationships, Society |
Human energy change points occur at many levels — each of these influencers creates measurable shifts in the aura and the karmic trajectory of the individual.
Why Does the Human System Need Dharma?
All other beings in nature operate on Nature's Dynamic — they follow the natural law automatically, instinctively, and without deviation. The plant grows toward light, the river flows to the sea, the bird migrates at the right season. They have no choice — and therefore no karma.
Human beings are unique: they live and work on their own intellect and conscious choice. This freedom — the greatest gift — also carries the greatest responsibility. Without Dharma as a guiding framework, human intellect can work against nature, against society, and against the individual's own highest good.
- Human beings with the aura change with different activities — each choice alters the energy field
- The Law of Karma applies: every action generates a corresponding energy consequence
- Dharma provides the framework for making choices that align with Universal Law
- Without Dharma, the human being drifts from natural balance into disorder, disease, and destruction
The 8 Dharmic Systems
Sanatana Dharma embeds its cosmic principles into everyday life through eight practical systems. The constructional coding of Dharma is embedded in every walk of life — balancing human function close to nature:
| # | Dharmic System | Function |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Devotion | Aligns the heart with the cosmic intelligence; builds surrender to Universal Law |
| 2 | Songs (Bhajan / Kirtan) | Vibrational healing through sacred sound; purifies the energy field |
| 3 | Dance | Body as instrument of cosmic expression; aligns physical energy with divine patterns |
| 4 | Food | Pranic nourishment aligned with Ayurvedic principles; Sattvic diet for clarity |
| 5 | Respect to Nature | Ecological harmony; reverence for Pancha Bhuthas maintains cosmic balance |
| 6 | Astrology | Cosmic timing; aligning human activity with planetary cycles for optimal outcomes |
| 7 | Yoga | Union of body, breath, mind, and consciousness; systematic energy elevation |
| 8 | Vastu | Sacred architecture; aligning living spaces with cosmic and magnetic forces |
These systems together form a complete, integrated way of life — balancing human function close to nature and enabling the journey toward Moksha (liberation) through the Cosmic Constitution.
The Aura of Human Diminishes with Untruth
Sanatana Dharma recognises what modern bio-field science has now confirmed: the human aura — the measurable energy field surrounding the body — responds directly to the quality of life lived:
- Dharmic life / Truthful living — the aura expands, brightens, and becomes more coherent; health, prosperity, and clarity follow
- Adharmic life / Untruthful living — the aura diminishes, darkens, and becomes chaotic; disease, conflict, and destruction follow
- The truth diminishes with an irregular and unpatterned way of life
- With Dharmic life the truth prevails in society — collective coherence is maintained
The Cascading Effect of Untruth in Society
Sanatana Dharma teaches that individual Adharma creates ripples that extend far beyond the individual:
- When untruth prevails, it becomes destructive to society — not through punishment but through the natural consequence of energy depletion
- Whoever seeds untruth in the society will create destruction — a direct energetic law, not merely a moral judgment
- The diminished energy levels of individuals create a cascading effect of collective destruction
- Untruth destroys the pure energy of the human being and society at large
Sanatana Dharma Improves Self and Society
The transformative power of Sanatana Dharma operates at both the individual and collective level simultaneously:
- Sanatana Dharma helps improve not only one's self but total society — a healthy individual creates a healthy community
- By adopting Sanatana Dharma as a way of life, healthy energy improves and karmic systems start evolving positively
- This results in a healthy society — one where truth, cooperation, and natural law prevail
- PIP bio-field research visually confirms: the healthy form on the left shows expanded, coherent energy; the weakened form on the right shows depleted, incoherent energy
Achar, Vichar, Vyavahar — The Three Pillars
Following Sanatana Dharma is the way to a healthy life, and it is good for society as a whole. Three qualities are most important in Dharmic living:
| Sanskrit Term | Meaning | Application |
|---|---|---|
| Achar | Conduct / Behaviour | How one acts in the world — the physical expression of Dharma in daily life |
| Vichar | Thought / Contemplation | The quality of thinking — Dharmic thought generates positive energy and right action |
| Vyavahar | Dealings / Transactions | How one interacts with others — truthful, fair, and respectful dealings maintain social coherence |
Dharma, Karma & Moksha — The Complete Path
Sanatana Dharma provides the complete framework for human evolution:
- Dharma — living in alignment with Universal Law; righteous conduct, thought, and dealings
- Karma — the law of energetic consequence; every action generates a corresponding energy return
- Moksha — liberation through the Cosmic Constitution; the ultimate goal of human life — freedom from the cycle of birth and death through truthful, Dharmic living
Human beings need to live a balanced life to attain Moksha / Salvation through the Cosmic Constitution. A truthful life — aligned with Achar, Vichar, and Vyavahar — is the direct path to this ultimate liberation. Sanatana Dharma is not a restriction but a map to the highest freedom.
